About Thriving-ish

One meltdown away from a masterpiece.

Welcome to Thriving-ish — a slightly unhinged, wildly honest, and deeply creative corner of the internet where mental health is real, perfection is overrated, and accessibility is non-negotiable.

I’m Jane — disabled creator, journal enthusiast, and professional feeler of Too Many Feelings™. I built Thriving-ish because I was tired of toxic positivity, productivity culture, and the expectation to always “bounce back.” Sometimes I bounce. Sometimes I lie on the floor and order stickers. Both are valid.

At Thriving-ish, you’ll find:

  • Guided journals designed for messy minds, big feelings, and small energy days
  • Snarky stickers and shirts that say what your polite email cannot
  • Real-talk blog posts on disability, chronic illness, mental health, burnout, and existing in late-stage capitalism
  • A space where you don’t need to “fix” yourself to belong

This isn’t about perfect healing or productivity hacks. This is about radical honesty, soft rebellion, and creative tools for barely functioning humans. It’s for the people who are tired, tender, neurospicy, disabled, disillusioned — and still full of spark.

If you’re here, you’re not alone. And you’re not failing — you’re just one meltdown away from a masterpiece.

Let’s spiral with style.

— Jane

My Journals

Journals for the beautifully overwhelmed. These aren’t your average gratitude lists — they’re creative tools for burnout, big emotions, identity shifts, and everything the algorithm doesn’t see. Designed for low-energy days, messy minds, and anyone trying to make sense of the chaos — one page at a time.
